Mobile Terms of Service

These Mobile Terms of Service apply to the Fundamental Fungi text messaging program (the "Program") operated by Fundamental Fungi LLC ("Fundamental Fungi," "we," "us"). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS, and RCS where supported) from Fundamental Fungi at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include promotions, discount codes, product announcements, cart reminders and order-related updates. Messages may be sent from (888) 311-2819 or another number we use for the Program.

2. Consent

You can opt in through a signup form on our website, at checkout, or by texting a keyword we advertise. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Fundamental Fungi does not charge for the Program, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply. Check with your carrier for details.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further marketing messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

7. Supported carriers

The Program is supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. We use your mobile number and related information only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers that help us operate the Program, solely to deliver messages to you.

9. Changing your number

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number before deactivating it, or contact us so we can remove it from the Program.

10. Changes to the Program

We may change or end the Program, or update these Mobile Terms, at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to receive messages after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
