Free Shipping on Every Order

All orders ship free within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders placed by 1:00 PM ET Monday through Friday ship the same or next business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery Time

We ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may take 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, especially during holidays or severe weather.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not currently ship internationally. If we can't ship to your address, checkout will let you know before you pay.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Address Changes and Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away; we can update it only before the order ships. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll help however we can. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to reship it or issue a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and, where appropriate, send a replacement or refund.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
